Emily Wolfkiel, M.A., currently serves as the Global Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Leader at Remitly since May 2024. Previously, Emily was the Sr. Manager, Head of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion / Learning & Development at Reverb, leading initiatives that aligned with enterprise-wide strategies and also served as the first dedicated DEI hire at Reverb. Earlier experience includes roles at Zillow as a Senior Program Manager focusing on Equity & Belonging, and various positions in talent and program management at organizations such as Fresh Consulting and ExtraHop. Emily holds a Master of Arts in Education from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Art History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, complemented by a Certificate in Evidence Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University.
