Eyra R. is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Remitly since September 2023 and as a Co-Founder of Maketa since June 2022, where product and experiences are designed to enhance well-being and creativity. Previously, Eyra held the position of Sr. Human Resources Manager at Sitel Group, leading efforts to improve employee engagement and talent development. Eyra also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at LOTO Nicaragua, FORMUNICA, and Mukul Beach, Golf & Spa, focusing on employee experience and HR strategy implementation. Early career roles include Human Resources Officer at UNDP and Human Resources Sr. Analyst at Cargill. Eyra holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Americana and a BA in Psychology with a minor in Management from Keiser University.
