Geoff Lowe

Geoff Lowe is a seasoned product and customer success leader with extensive experience in enhancing consumer journeys across various industries. Currently serving as VP of Customer Success Technology at Remitly since March 2021, Geoff focuses on team development and improving global remittance experiences. Previously, as Director of Product at Nike from June 2016 to March 2021, responsibilities included overseeing digital customer care functions worldwide. At Microsoft, from March 2004 to June 2016, Geoff held roles as Director and Senior Program Manager, leading teams to optimize customer support experiences and infrastructure. Before Microsoft, Geoff served as a Senior Consultant at Sperco Associates, managing client relations and strategic planning. Educational qualifications include a BBA in Business and Political Science from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and further studies at the University of Washington.
