John Grace

John Grace is a Senior Product Designer at Remitly, leading the design for the company's new lending suite of products and previously managing design for growth, rewards, and referrals. John successfully launched a new rewards experience that resulted in a 12% increase in referral customer acquisition. Prior to Remitly, John held positions as a Senior User Experience Designer at Neato Robotics, where app experiences were designed for new cleaning robots, and as a UX Designer at Expedia Group, responsible for creating a landing page for Covid-19 travel information. Additional experience includes working as a UX Designer for Samsung Electronics America, where the first global checkout experience was launched in Europe, as well as serving as an Art Director in the film and television industry and as an Etsy shop owner with a focus on custom furniture. John holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Boston University and a User Experience Design Certificate from General Assembly.
