Kripa Roji

Kripa Roji, holding a CAMS certification, has extensive experience in compliance and risk management within the financial sector. As a Compliance Manager (AML) and former Compliance Analyst at Remitly since December 2020, Kripa has focused on analyzing high-risk accounts to ensure compliance with internal and government regulations. Prior to this role, Kripa served as a Program Specialist, conducting investigations and evaluations of potential sanctions and coaching associates on risk review processes. Previous experience includes working as a Trading & Accountability Audit Executive at Omnicom Media Group, where media data analysis and cross-functional collaboration were key responsibilities, and as an Operations Consultant at Uber, managing the launch of UberEATS in India. An early career included an Audit Assistant position at Deloitte India. Kripa holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Management and Planning from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Madras Christian College.
