Lucia Rigo is an experienced investment professional with a focus on growth equity and sustainable investing. Currently, Lucia serves as a Growth Equity investor at Generation Investment Management since August 2017, concentrating on global investments in growth-stage private companies. Additionally, Lucia holds positions as a Board Observer at Benevity and as an Investor and former Board member at Remitly and FNZ Group. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at General Atlantic, where the focus was on high-growth businesses within EMEA, and working as a Financial Analyst at UBS Investment Bank in London and Hong Kong. Lucia's educational background includes a BBA in Business Administration from Università Bocconi and an exchange program in Business Strategy and Finance at the University of Michigan.
