Murat Dagli

Murat Dagli is the Global Head of Sanctions Compliance at Remitly. They hold a Master's degree in International Economics and Strategic Studies from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from Yale University. Murat is a Certified Global Sanctions Specialist and Certified Risk Management Specialist in Global Sanctions and Russia Sanctions. Previously, Murat served as a Senior Associate at K2 Integrity and PwC, where they focused on enhancing compliance against illicit finance within major financial institutions. Their extensive experience includes roles at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the Inter-American Dialogue, where they conducted significant research and managed compliance initiatives.
