Ran Xia

Ran Xia is a full-stack software engineer with extensive experience in the computer software industry. They began their career as an undergraduate student assistant developer at Beihang University and later served as a software developer at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Ran continued to develop their expertise as a software engineer at Tableau Software and has held the position of senior software engineer at Microsoft, where they focused on features for Microsoft Teams, and currently at Remitly. They earned a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Management and Information Systems from Beihang University.
