Rene offers more than 25 years of experience in various U.S. and European based customer support and operations roles to Remitly. Most recently she was VP of Customer Support at Pearson Education, and prior to that, General Manager of Global Consumer Support at Microsoft managing over 20,000 Microsoft support agents. Rene received her post-graduate degree from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in London, and her bachelor’s degree in Math and Computer Science from Pacific Lutheran University.
