Tara Witte

Tara Witte is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Remitly since July 2025. Previously, Tara held various positions at PATH from May 2015 to June 2025, culminating in the role of Senior Global Recruiter, focusing primarily on high-level hiring across departments including Global Risk and Compliance, Financial Planning, and Global Health Technologies. Tara also contributed as a System Implementation Subject Matter Expert, leading the recruitment aspect of new system implementations such as Workday. Tara's earlier experiences at PATH included roles from Global Recruiter to Associate Recruiter, supporting diverse hiring needs across pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Tara began a career in research at the University of Washington, having worked as a Publications Assistant and Prevention Research Assistant.
