Vincent Chan

Vincent Chan is an experienced analytics professional currently serving as Analytics Manager for the Risk Product at Remitly since October 2019, with a progressive career at the company as Senior Product Analyst and Product Analyst in the same field. Prior to joining Remitly, Vincent worked at Hitachi Consulting from 2017 to 2019 as Manager of the Data Science Delivery Group, leading significant client projects that involved advanced analytics, machine learning, and data visualization. Notable achievements include leveraging machine learning to predict revenue for retail locations and improving risk prediction models for a financial institution. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Consultant for Kvichak Marine Industries and holding engineering roles at the Naval Sea Systems Command and Slingshot Product Development Group. Vincent holds a Master’s degree in Analytics and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
