Todd Herbert

Todd Herbert has extensive experience in the drilling and exploration sector, currently serving as Operations Manager and Integrated Services Manager at REMONDIS Australia since May 2016. Prior to this, Todd held various leadership roles at A J Lucas from 2000 to 2014, including NSW Manager, where management of a $45 million business and oversight of 28 exploration drill rigs in the coal sector was pivotal. Todd also focused on business process improvement, developing project management systems, and documenting operational procedures. Additional responsibilities included managing significant revenue streams in well services and underground drilling, as well as strategic planning and capital equipment procurement as General Manager of AJ Lucas Coal Technologies. Earlier experience includes managing drilling operations at Valley Longwall Drilling, further solidifying Todd's expertise in commercial management and client relations within the industry.
