Remote Control Exercise Physiology was founded after years of witnessing a healthcare system that wasn't working for everyone, limited access to specialised care, long waitlists, rising costs, and patients in regional and remote Australia being left behind.

We exist to change that.

We are a telehealth-first specialist Exercise Physiology service, purpose-built for virtual care, not simply adapted to it. Every system, process, and service has been intentionally designed to deliver high-quality, evidence-led care remotely, without compromise and without losing genuine human connection.

Our Mission: To make specialist Exercise Physiology accessible to more people, in more places, without sacrificing quality, connection, or outcomes. We are committed to supporting patients with complex and chronic health conditions, and to strengthening clinics and communities through services that are sustainable, collaborative, and impactful.

Our Vision: To reach every corner of Australia, ensuring that no matter where someone lives, they can access specialist exercise support that genuinely improves their quality of life.

We are guided by three core values: Unshakeable Character - we do what's right, every time; Boldly Accessible - specialised healthcare should never be out of reach; and Impact Driven - we exist to create meaningful, measurable change.

Our services include 1:1 telehealth consultations, condition-specific group programs, and embedded EP support for clinics to supporting patients, GPs, and healthcare providers across Australia.
