Our story began in the Instagram DMs as the Social Support Incubator, an idea by co-founders Erin and Chelsea to foster connection online during COVID. Despite being separated by oceans — Erin in the US and Chelsea alternating between Australia & Canada — they united with a shared vision: to build a community dedicated to empowering its members.
