Rosalee Atkinson began their work experience as a Virtual Assistant at B.O.S.S The Movement in Jamaica in 2009. In this role, they provided a range of services including customer service, Microsoft Office proficiency, time management, and event planning. In 2014, they founded their own company, VA All Star Solutions Ltd., where they served as the owner and virtual consultant. In this role, they focused on providing excellent organizational skills and support to their clients. Most recently, they have worked at RemoteReps (formerly CC Capital Group), starting in 2021 as a Sales Manager and later transitioning to the role of Head of Sales in 2023.
Rosalee Atkinson obtained an Associate's Degree in Customer Service Management from the University of Technology, Jamaica between 1995 and 1998.
