Umer Mian

Umer Mian currently serves as the Director of Operations at Remote Scouts, a position held since July 2025. Previously, Umer worked at Cedar Financial from June 2018 to July 2025, contributing as both the Director of Talent Acquisition & Business Strategy and the Human Resources and Administration Success Manager, with initial experience as a Human Resources Administrator. Umer's roles have centered around recruiting, training, and fostering teamwork to achieve organizational objectives. Additionally, Umer held similar positions at Remote Scouts by Cedar Global Solutions from March 2022 to October 2024. Umer holds a BSCS in Computer Sciences from The University of Lahore and an ICS in Computer Sciences from Forman Christian College. Early education was completed at LDA Model Boys High School.
