As advocates for remote work well before Covid, we started working on Remote Works: Managing for Freedom, Flexibility, and Focus during the peak of the pandemic. Seeing our book published and in the hands of folks looking to make real change in the future of work has been incredible. Our book was designed to be an evergreen guide - a complete download of everything we learned during our time at leading remote work companies before the pandemic, plus insights from 30+ interviews we conducted. Whether you're an individual contributor, manager, or entire team, it offers actionable frameworks for anyone committed to doing remote work intentionally and well.

We've also found new ways of working and living that feel right for our personal journeys. Ali is now focusing on projects related to digital nomadism and its positive impact on destinations and community, while Tam is focusing on graduate school and fiction writing.
