Biju Kurian

Biju Kurian is the Director of International Expansion at Remote. Prior to this, Biju served as the International Expansion Manager - Europe at Remote from January 2020 to October 2020. Before that, Biju worked as an independent consultant from November 2019 to January 2020 and as Interim Head, Data Operations at Prohibition Partners from June 2019 to October 2019.

Biju has over 10 years of experience in management consulting and operations. Biju began their career as an Operations Manager at RR Donnelley from January 2008 to June 2008. Biju then took on the role of Assistant Vice President, Head of Strategic Market Research at RR Donnelley from July 2008 to May 2011. In May 2011, Biju was promoted to Country Head, VP, Head of Research, India at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group), where they worked until December 2013. Biju then served as SVP, Head of Operations, EMEA Professional Services Firms at GLG from January 2014 to March 2014 before being promoted to Country Head, SVP, Head of Research, India in March 2014. Biju held this position until May 2017 when they were promoted to SVP, Head of Talent Acquisition, EMEA Professional Services Firms. Biju served in this role until May 2019 when they left GLG to join Prohibition Partners as Interim Head, Data Operations.

Biju Kurian has an advanced diploma in personal, leadership, executive, and life coaching from Kingstown College. Biju also has an MBA from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. In addition, they have a B.H.M in food and beverage production from Mangalore University. Biju also has a certification from LinkedIn in Ram Charan on coaching high potentials.
