Brigitte Pirot

Brigitte Pirot is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in billing assurance, customer service, and digital content management. Currently serving as a Billing Assurance Senior Analyst at Remote since November 2021, responsibilities include performing billing controls, analyzing vendor documentation, defining test scenarios, and contributing to an internal billing system development. Prior to this, Brigitte was a User Happiness Manager at Remote, addressing customer inquiries across multiple countries. Experience at ITALY ON MOTORBIKE involved customer service and social media management. A long tenure at 3M included roles such as Digital Content & Syndication Analyst, Inventory Accountant, and Accounts Payable Clerk, managing digital content for thousands of products and overseeing stock reconciliation among other responsibilities.
