Dan Rocha possesses extensive experience in onboarding and human resources, currently serving as Senior Partner and Senior Manager of Global Onboarding Operations at Remote since March 2021. With a strong background in cross-functional onboarding, team management, and issue resolution, Dan has effectively enhanced operations and acted as a regulatory advisor. Prior to Remote, Dan held multiple managerial roles at NCR Corporation, where responsibilities included implementing HR Shared Services in the LATAM region and managing employee queries. Dan's earlier HR experience spans various roles that have focused on labor relations, employee engagement, and compliance, demonstrating a consistent record of optimizing processes and fostering a robust HR culture. Academic qualifications include an ongoing MBA in Project Management and an MBA in People Management & Coaching.
