Iulia Martinenco

Iulia Martinenco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and technical onboarding. Currently serving as CX Change Manager, Mobility Coordinator, and User Happiness Manager at Remote since January 2022, Iulia plays a key role in assisting companies with international payroll and compliance. Prior to this, Iulia worked at ISC-CX as a Technical Onboarding Assistant and held various positions at Salt Edge, including Chief Customer Officer, where communication with clients and product guidance were pivotal responsibilities. Iulia also contributed as Finance Manager at IAM Corp, gaining insights into MLM project development, and accumulated valuable experience in customer service roles at Olympian Group, where Iulia oversaw training and support for a global customer service team. Iulia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Languages from the Institute of International Relations of Moldova.
