Joel Carlbark is an experienced software engineer with a diverse background in backend development and engineering roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Remote since March 2021, Joel previously held the position of Software Engineer at Asolvi, where an MVP for a mobile-first PWA was developed for field service management. At Meltwater, Joel contributed as a Senior Software Engineer to the development of the first public-facing API and worked on information retrieval platforms, with extensive experience in Elasticsearch and backend services.
