Rachel Schoene

Rachel Schoene is an experienced Employee Lifecycle Specialist currently working remotely since May 2022. Previously, Rachel served as a People and Culture Coordinator at the Raspberry Pi Foundation from April 2019 to May 2022, and held multiple roles including Administrator, Youth Mentor, and Content & Social Media Marketing Advisor at CoderDojo from January 2016 to January 2020. Other professional experiences include positions as Social Media & Content Advisor/Manager at Morning Gloryville and Content Specialist at VooDoo. Rachel also contributed as a Content Writer at DoneDeal and gained legal experience as a Legal Secretary at both Tarrant and Tarrant Solicitors and Kilroys Solicitors. In terms of education, Rachel earned a First Class Honours BSc (Hons) in Management Practice from Ulster University, and is actively pursuing CIPD qualifications in HR Fundamentals and People Management Skills, complemented by a course on Leading Culturally Diverse Teams from Deakin University. Rachel completed secondary education at Rockford Manor Secondary School.
