Vishmith Rai is an experienced professional in client services and operations with a focus on the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as Manager of Client Services & Operations since August 2021, Vishmith has progressed through roles including Sr. Client Services & Escalation Manager and Client Services Manager during this period. Prior to the current role, Vishmith held the position of Telecom Engineer at CSS Corp and worked as an IT Engineer at DXC Technology, along with experience as a System Engineer at Infosys. Vishmith holds an Engineer's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Mangalore Institute of Technology and Engineering, obtained in 2016.
