Lance Sapera

Lance Sapera is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in various industries, including technology, cybersecurity, and fitness. Currently serving as a Board Advisor for RemotelyMe, a veteran-owned business focused on trust in the workplace, Lance previously held the role of VP of Talent Acquisition at Talend, which was acquired by Qlik in May 2023. Prior positions include Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Symantec, Director of Talent Acquisition at Intuit, and Director of Talent Acquisition at 24 Hour Fitness, where a talent attraction model was developed for over 400 locations. Lance began a notable career in the U.S. Navy, culminating as Commanding Officer of the Navy Recruiting District in San Francisco. An active community member, Lance also contributed to the Board of Directors for the Silicon Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross. Lance holds a BA in American Government from the University of Virginia and an MPA in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma.
