Krissy Q is an experienced retail professional with a strong background in leadership and operations. Currently serving as a Next Generation Mentor and Studio Operations Leader at Removery since July 2022, Krissy has previously held significant roles such as General Manager at Casper, where expertise in store culture, retail operations, and talent acquisition was utilized for a fleet of 75 stores. Prior experience includes managing store operations at PUMA Group and Vans, a VF Company, where recruitment, training, and employee engagement were key responsibilities. Krissy holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Sociology and an Associate of Science in Forensic Science and Technology from Norco College, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business/Corporate Communications from Bay State College.
