Simon Collins

Simon Collins is an experienced professional with a diverse background in electrical work and remote operations. Currently serving as Chief Remote Pilot and Deputy Operations Manager at RemSense since July 2020, Collins has held various roles in the UAV and VR fields. Prior experience includes positions as an Electrician and Crane Technician at Nobles, and significant electrical work conducted for the Ngaanyatjarra Council in Aboriginal communities. An established electrician since 2010, Collins has also worked for Vivid Electrical, Accredited Electrical Services, and Monadelphous, among others. Earlier career highlights include roles as a Crane Operator and Advanced Rigger. Simon Collins holds an Associate Diploma of Architectural Drafting from North Metropolitan TAFE and has foundational training from the College of Electrical Training.
