The motto of Ren Consulting Limited is to treat people with benevolence (“仁“).  Our Company's logo is inspired by the philosophical thought of “天圓地方“，implying that while we are looking for progress in the ever-changing world, we pursue integrity, peace and stability.

Our mission is to elevate the impact of Human Resources.   

We look at this from two angles. 

Firstly, we believe in the importance of continuous learning and creating such learning opportunities.  We are committed to partner with individuals who would like to realize their potentials, in their community or in the workplace.  This will be a journey of self-discovery or group learning through Coaching, Career Development dialogue and learning & development.  We also want to put a special focus on students, in High School or Universities, to expand their worldview and perspectives as they are building and reinforcing their core beliefs.

Secondly, we believe in the huge impact that the Human Resources profession could bring to an organization.  We are committed to partner with Human Resource professionals to amplify their strategic influence and value in their day to day work.  This will be a journey of enablement through Coaching, HR Consulting, Training, Change Management intervention and Organization Development.
