Anh Tran

Anh Esnault (Tran) is an experienced professional in learning and development, human resources, and coaching. Currently serving as the International Learning and Development Lead at Renaissance Learning since April 2023, Anh facilitates employee training across multiple countries and enhances engagement through bimonthly Learning Updates. As a certified coach at Hudson Institute of Coaching and the People and Culture Manager at Lalilo by Renaissance, Anh oversees cultural transformation post-acquisition. Previous roles include Senior HR Generalist at Pivotal Software, Global Compensation Business Partner at EMC, and various HR positions, including internships at AIG. Anh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
