Bryon Thompson

Bryon Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bryon is currently working as the Area Vice President for the Western United States at Renaissance Learning. In this role, they manage and coaches 8 regional VPs and over 65+ sales reps.

Prior to this, Bryon was a Real Estate Investor at CapTen, LLC - Investment Properties starting from 2003. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as the Vice President at 360 Networks, LLC, a telecommunications company focused on selling phone systems to the hospitality industry.

In 2013, Bryon joined Sound Billing as the Director of Business Development, overseeing organizational growth and implementing key initiatives for sales and marketing.

Before that, they were the Executive Vice President at TermSync, Inc. from 2011 to 2013, responsible for sales, organizational growth, and strategic direction.

Bryon also had an extensive tenure at ADP, starting as a Sales Executive and later taking on roles such as National Manager of Sales Learning & Performance and Major Accounts District Manager. Bryon was with ADP from 2000 to 2011.

Additionally, Bryon served as the Board President at Leadership Greater Madison from 2003 to 2010 and worked as an Account Executive at Lucent Technologies from 1997 to 1999.

Bryon Thompson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 1997.
