Chuck R. is a technology leader focused on human-centered AI transformation. With extensive experience in Agile, DevSecOps, and software engineering, Chuck has successfully developed and managed high-performing teams through innovative and collaborative practices, including AI agent management systems. Previously, Chuck contributed to the DevOps transition at Code42 as an Engineering Manager and worked as a Software Engineer at IWCO Direct. Currently, Chuck serves as the VP of Engineering Enablement at Renaissance Learning, where they lead specialized teams to implement self-service platforms.
