Director Of Customer Success - West at Renaissance Learning

Crystal Brown, PMP, CSPO, has over eight years of work experience in various leadership and management roles in the education technology industry. Crystal is currently serving as the Customer Success Director at Renaissance Learning, where they oversee a team of Customer Success Managers in the Eastern US and focuses on providing a world-class customer experience. Prior to this, Crystal held the position of Area Vice President of Customer Success at the same company, where they led the development of Customer Success Management resources and collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure customer retention and growth.

Before joining Renaissance Learning, Crystal worked at Illuminate Education, Inc. as the Director of Strategic Accounts. In this role, they led a team of Strategic Account Managers and supported large and highly strategic customers in meeting their objectives and goals. Crystal was also responsible for guiding customers through the implementation process and ensuring successful onboarding.

Crystal's earlier experience includes a role at SchoolCity Inc. as the Implementation and RFP Manager, where they managed the implementation and RFP departments and redesigned the implementation processes. Crystal also worked as an Educational Solutions Specialist, assisting the sales and support departments and designing processes and procedures for multiple departments.

Throughout their career, Crystal has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and relationship-building skills, consistently delivering high-quality results and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Crystal Brown, PMP, CSPO has a background in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Midstate College. Crystal has also attended Illinois Central College.
