Eric Lytle

Eric Lytle is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR technology and systems management. Currently serving as Human Resources Technology Leader at Renaissance Learning since September 2020, Eric previously held key positions at NASCAR, including HRIS Director and HRIS Manager. Prior to NASCAR, Eric was HRIS Manager at Ollies Bargain Outlets and Human Resources Systems Manager at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network and Physiotherapy Associates. Eric began the career at SunCom Wireless as Human Resources Systems Supervisor. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
