Director Of Customer Success at Renaissance Learning

Jennifer Lambert has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Jennifer started their career as an Elementary School Teacher in GARLAND ISD in 1999 and worked there until 2004. In 2007, they joined Wylie ISD as a Gifted and Talented Specialist and later became an Assistant Principal from 2010 to 2013. Jennifer then moved to Allen ISD in 2016, where they served as the Gifted & Talented Team Leader until 2019.

In 2019, Jennifer transitioned into the education technology industry and joined Nearpod as a Customer Success Manager. Over the years, they took on various roles within the company, including Senior Customer Success Manager, Team Manager Emerging West, Team Manager Central District, and finally Senior Team Manager Central Region. Jennifer worked in these roles until January 2024.

Most recently, Jennifer joined Renaissance Learning in January 2024 as the Director of Customer Success.

Jennifer Lambert holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General, which they obtained from Dallas Baptist University from 2004 to 2006. Jennifer also holds a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the same university, which they completed between 1995 and 1999. In addition, Jennifer Lambert has obtained several certifications from the State of Texas including Gifted Education, School Principal And Supervisor, Educator - Type 4 (Special Education/Esl), Mathematics Teacher, and Teacher 1-8, Elementary.
