Maria Steele, MSEd, has extensive experience in education and customer success, currently serving as an Executive Customer Success Manager at Renaissance Learning since January 2023 after previously holding the role of Customer Success Manager at Illuminate Education, Inc. Maria's background includes significant contributions as a 3rd Grade Teacher at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, where leadership roles included Grade Level Chair and Clinical Educator, alongside initiatives to support students through community partnerships. Maria has a strong foundation in curriculum development from experiences at Winget Park Elementary and as a Curriculum Coordinator for Enactus, crafting STEAM programs for international implementation.
