Robert Martin

Robert (Bobby) Martin, CPA, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Revenue Recognition at Renaissance Learning since April 2023. Prior to this role, Martin spent over 16 years at Dell in various senior accounting consultant positions focusing on revenue recognition, software & peripherals, and corporate reporting, where responsibilities included collaborating on ASC 606 compliance, preparing technical accounting memos, and leading financial forecasting initiatives. Martin's extensive experience also includes 9 years as a Sr. Audit Manager at KPMG, where oversight of financial statement and internal control audits was a key function, alongside mentorship and research on accounting and compliance issues. Martin holds a BBA in Accounting from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
