Letitia B.

Letitia B. currently serves as the Head of HR for the US and Canada at RenaissanceRe, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Letitia was a Senior HR Business Partner at SCOR from April 2019 to November 2021 and held various positions including Corporate Vice President and HR Business Partner at New York Life Insurance Company from September 2012 to March 2019. Letitia’s early career included work as a Senior Associate HR Generalist and HR Generalist at Pfizer from January 2010 to August 2012. Letitia possesses a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Development and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from New York University, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration from Berkeley College-New York.
