Leanne M. Bell

Leanne M. Bell is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in infrastructure investment and corporate governance. They served as Vice President at Prudential Power Funding Associates from 1988 to 1996, and subsequently held senior roles, including Managing Director at GE Capital Energy Financial Services from 1997 to 2008.
