Ricardo Bernardes serves as the Head of Mechanical Reliability & Predictive Maintenance at Nadara, where they lead global strategies aimed at maximizing asset reliability and reducing downtime through advanced predictive maintenance and condition monitoring. Prior to this role, they were the Predictive Maintenance Manager at Ventient Energy and Iberwind, where they implemented data-driven programs and developed maintenance strategies across various platforms. Ricardo's education includes a Licentiate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and postgraduate studies in Data Science and Business Analytics from ISEG, along with certifications in vibration analysis.
