Hayley Bloom

Hayley Bloom is a progressive and results-oriented professional with over fifteen years of experience in the social services sector. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Programs at Renascent, they develop and promote inclusive, person-centered care while leading treatment teams. Hayley's previous roles include Director of Addiction Services at Street Haven and Program Manager at various organizations, where they excelled in service delivery and quality improvement. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from York University and a diploma from Seneca College. Hayley is also certified in multiple relevant areas, including Trauma Informed Care and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills.
