Simone Assis

Simone Assis is an experienced professional in the coffee industry, currently serving as a Regenerative Coffee Quality Expert at reNature since April 2021. Simone has also held the position of Gerente de compras e vendas at Pontua Cafés Especiais since January 2009, focusing on quality control from seed to cup while being a Q Grader and roasting master since 2012. Previously, Simone worked as Gerente de compras at Fafcoffees from March 2009 to April 2020, managing purchasing, quality, and export. Educationally, Simone holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UNIFEG (2001-2005) and is pursuing a Q Grader qualification in Quality Control Technology at BSCA (2016-present).
