Arafat Khan currently serves as GM and Head of C&B Workforce Planning Global Mobility & Statutory Compliance at Renault Group since January 2025. Arafat holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Madras Institute of Technology.
