Cihat Çetinkaya

Cihat Çetinkaya is the Head of the Industrial Excellence & Performance Department at Oyak Renault, where they focus on industrial performance, standardization, and digitalization. Their professional journey includes roles at Renault Group, where they served as Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Project Leader, and HR Business Partner Manager, among others. Cihat has also held several management positions at Groupe Renault, directing teams in maintenance, manufacturing, and performance. They earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi and furthered their education with a degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Anadolu University. Cihat began their career as an R&D Project Assessment Specialist at the Technology Development Foundation of Turkey.
