Damian Andrei

Damian Andrei is a Senior Manager at Dacia Design Center with extensive experience in team performance management and project development within the Renault Group, where they previously served as a Class A Surfacing Leader and Class-A Team Manager from 2009 to 2014. They began their career as a Welding Engineer at ECM, where they designed welding points for car bodies, and later held positions at Adriano Company and ALTEN. Damian holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering from Universitatea „Politehnica” din București, completed between 2000 and 2008.
