Daniela Marfon began their career in 2006 by joining the Dacia Renault network, where they developed skills in marketing, sales, customer relations, and financial solutions. After spending several years at Amat SA, Daniela transitioned to Dacia Automobile, focusing on After Sales Renault Parts and achieving a managerial position. Over two years, they led the Customer Care Aftersales team for clients in Asia, America, and Eurasia. In 2020, Daniela became the Head of the International Customer Care After Sales Department at Groupe Renault, continuing to drive excellence in customer service. They hold a degree in Environmental Management from Universitatea POLITEHNICA din București.
