Edmar Naime

Edmar Naime is a seasoned professional in mechanical design, currently serving as a BIW Design Leader at Renault Group since November 2022, where responsibilities include managing BIW-related activities and leading a team of Mechanical Designers. Prior experience includes acting as Design Lead at Stellantis South America from April 2018 to October 2022, overseeing BIW project activities and managing a team of Mechanical Designers, with a focus on body development and structural analysis. Edmar's career commenced as a Junior Designer at Stola do Brasil in January 2012, followed by roles as a Senior Mechanical Designer at Tecnocar Engenharia and a Senior Design Specialist at Step do Brasil. Edmar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from PUC Minas, earned between 2012 and 2019.
