Esanu Ion

Esanu Ion is an engineering leader with over 10 years of experience in logistics, project management, and industrialization within the manufacturing sector of Groupe Renault. Currently, as the Engineering Leader for Paint Shop processes, Esanu leads initiatives to enhance the monitoring and application processes across the group's factories. Previously, Esanu served as the In-Plant Logistic Engineering Manager, overseeing the introduction of logistic processes that significantly improved quality and efficiency in manufacturing operations. Esanu holds both a Licentiate degree in mechanical engineering and a Master's degree in Management and Engineering in Production from the University of Galati in Romania.
