Frederic Gonsard

Frederic Gonsard possesses extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Industrial Strategy leader for Electric Vehicles at Renault Group since 2003. In this role, Frederic optimizes the industrial footprint and enhances economic and industrial performance through strategic recommendations on manufacturing planning, asset management, and capacity allocation. Prior positions include leadership roles focused on project management and budget oversight for plastic component production across Latin America, as well as project management for global plastic activity. Frederic has also contributed to capacity strategy and investment contract management in stamping and injection processes across Turkey and Spain. Earlier experience includes a role in nautical construction at MAG FRANCE. Frederic holds a PCCC degree from Grenoble Ecole de Management and has an academic background from IUT MP/SGM BLOIS.
