Guilherme Risso

Guilherme Risso is a skilled production engineer with a degree from the Universidade Federal de Viçosa and an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. They have undergone further specialization in Lean Manufacturing at Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Guilherme began their career as a Trainee at JBS and gained significant experience as a Production Supervisor at JBS, followed by roles as a Coordinator of Production at MABE Eletrodomésticos and as a Manufacturing Coordinator at Whirlpool Latin America. Currently, they serve as the Production Manager at Renault do Brasil, leading a team of 350 across 12 production units.
