Joanne Park

Joanne Park is currently the Head of Human Resources for South Korea at Renault Group, drawing from 30 years of HR experience focused on change management and transformation. Joanne has held key HR leadership roles in prominent companies, including Managing Director HR at General Motors and HR Director for the Asia region at RealNetworks. With a strong educational background that includes a PhD in Human Resources Management from Sungshin Women's University, Joanne possesses a deep understanding of multicultural dynamics and business structures across the Asia region. Previously, Joanne also contributed to organizational change during her tenure at Mercedes-Benz Korea, L'Oréal, and Continental.
